Lumico Solar team conducts rigorous pull-out testing to ensure the strength and stability of our piling installations. We meticulously test each foundation to ensure it meets or exceeds industry standards, providing you with accurate data that assures the longevity of your solar farm. For instance, we recently completed pull-out testing for 130 piles at Glenellen Solar Farm for PVH in just 2 weeks, compared to the expected 3 weeks, earning positive feedback from PVH's geotechnical and mechanical departments.
Mechanical Rectification
Apart from new installations, we specialize in retrofitting existing solar farms with mechanical upgrades, repairs, or optimizations. Our experienced technicians possess the skills and expertise to enhance the performance and efficiency of your solar farm. We recently replaced transmission shafts and faulty trackers at solar farms for Archtech Tracker.
Module Installation
Our teams, specialized in module installation, possess comprehensive knowledge of every facet of the installation procedure. Moreover, we can adapt our production output to cater to specific requirements. Lumico’s module installation teams undertake the following processes:

Tracker Installation
Lumico team is proficient in installing various tracker systems, including Archtech Tracker, PVH new infinity tracker systems. Lumico has been invited to set up a prototype at the Warehouse in North Rocks NSW.
